Injection‑Molding Process Parameters

Process Parameters Recommended Range Remarks
Barrel Temperature 160‑200 °C Temperature increases from rear zone to front zone.
Nozzle Temperature 180‑200 °C
Mold Temperature 20‑40 °C
Injection Speed Medium‑low speed High‑flow material; excessive speed causes flash and air bubbles.
Injection Pressure Medium‑low pressure Only enough to fill cavity; high pressure easily brings flash.
Back Pressure 0.5‑1.0 MPa Excessive back pressure is not required.
Screw Speed 50‑100 rpm Avoid excessive shear heat accumulation.
